Our RetailKit return and refund process explained clearly.

RetailKit accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns are accepted for defective, incorrect, or significantly not-as-described items. Used, damaged, or worn items cannot be returned unless the damage occurred during delivery.
Open the order on your Account page and click "Request Return", or contact our Support Center. We will confirm your return request within 24 hours and arrange a pickup.
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — please have your account details ready.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Perishable food items, personal hygiene products, digital downloads, and custom/personalised items are not eligible for returns.
